Who We Are
OUR MISSION
S.T.E.P. (Successful Transitional Education Program) Grand Rapids Corp helps to ensure that foster youth step into adulthood with the education necessary to be successful.
OUR PROGRAM
The S.T.E.P. Program is for youth ages 17-22 who have recently aged out of foster care.
Youth will live on-site for one year and work with mentors and admin to create a self-sufficiency plan. Weekly life skills classes are offered. We help youth find a career path, maintain a budget, purchase a vehicle, and sign a lease for housing before exiting the program.
This program is FREE to youth.
