S.T.E.P. Grand Rapids Corp was founded by foster sisters Ta'drae Jones (left) and Kaylia Odesilo (right). 

TA'DRAE JONES 

 "It is my honor and privilege to use my life lessons to help those who have slipped through the cracks after aging out of the foster care system. I have overcome so much in my adult life and it is my duty to give youth the resources to thrive independently.  I have all the cheat codes, and it's time to share."

KAYLIA ODESILO 

 "It's exciting to finally age out until you realize you have no one to really fall back on. It can be scary not having a clear and secure path set in front of you. I've met many people along my journey that have been God's hands and feet to me. Giving back to other foster youth is truly purpose fulfilled."
